Bacon Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:
  • about 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • about 12 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon (I use Oscar Meyer bacon pieces, less time consuming than cooking and crumbling and tastes just as good)
  • about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp cheddar, but it doesn't matter what you use)
Spray the Crock Pot with cooking spray.  Add the chicken.  Combine Ranch dressing and Teriyaki sauce in small bowl.  *this sounds like a weird combo, but it's actaully awesome once it all comes together*  Pour mixture over the chicken.  Top with bacon and cheese.  Cook on low about 4-5 hours.  *cooking time really depends on your brand of slow cooker and if you use more or less chicken*
You'll notice the cheese and bacon kinda slide off the chicken.  I add more about 15-20 minutes before it's done.
